Ok, so this is the basic illustration of the yet unidentified object i spotted (and my friend noticed the initial flash of) in the night sky.

The clouds are a bit sporadic in comparison to what i described in my j-entry but as said, i suck at clouds.

The color of the object is approximately the same one the light had and the general direction is also true. It is heading away from us and towards are relatively low moon at the time.

The reason there are two lights is to represent the flashes. It blinked twice for me, once a very big one that my friend noticed even though he wasn't looking in the direction of the flash and one smaller one right before it vanished that only i detected because i was looking up at the time the light appeared.

There was no sound what so ever and the sheer size would indicate it couldn't have been a plane, also the speed would indicate that because it was gone as quick as it appeared. I suspect it could have been a close comet that passed the earths atmosphere or something (that could also explain the colors) but its odd then that it is not mentioned in the medias of such an event coming as meteors are relatively slow stellar objects that are usually detected a long time in advance.
