Well i am as of today finished at school. (well actually i was done yesterday, but officially it ends today)

I said goodbye to my friends at school whom i have formed ties with. It was really confusing moment really, i am happy to be done at school even though i enjoyed my time there, but at the same time i am sad because it meant that i had to leave a bunch of friends.

Of course i know that i can see them again later on, but it still feels sad having to leave them. I have shared a lot of fun times with them and made many fond memories.
I am the sentimental type, i hate goodbyes and i always feel as if a piece of me gets torn away every time i have to say it.

I think Morgan Freeman said it pretty well in the shawshank redemption after the escape. "I guess i just miss my friend" only in my case its friends.

Tomorrow i will be leaving with a couple of other friends for the US too. Its a bit strange actually cause while i have set myself a goal of visit each continent (well except the south pole) once, i never imagined that at my age i would already have visited 2 of the more unlikely ones already.

I have already been to Kenya (i did that in High School) and now i am going to America. That leaves Australia (or Oceania) and Asia. I have already set my eyes on Japan as my Asian goal and Australia's outback is also something i have wished to see for a while so its just a matter of finances and having someone to travel with (traveling alone sounds so boring) and of course having the time to travel at all.

I should be excited but i can't say i am though. I am a little frustrated (although ignore the "Mood" emote, its bugged so i couldn't change it) as i got someone hanging over my back always treating me as a child and not letting me organize and pack for my own trip DESPITE the fact that i have been traveling much more internationally than she has and in generally traveled a lot more than her.
Then as i said, i am a little down that i don't get to see the new friends i made this year for a while seeing as school ended yesterday and we pretty much went our separate ways.

Then in general i am a little blue because today i feel like i haven't done a lot. Packing for a trip no matter where one goes is pretty much always the same. Its bring appropriate clothing and maybe some towels, medicine if you got allergies or something, sunblock and other essentials and of course cash.
I got it down so much that it becomes almost an automatic response for me. I don't need a list to do it, all i need to know is what sort of weather to expect so i can pack accordingly.
